Money is moving right now — and you can see it
Every rupee below left the pool in real time, pre-checked against your policy. Nothing waits for month-end.
Every payment, pre-categorized
Filter by person, category, job card or flag. The yellow flag below is a GSTIN/payee mismatch — surfaced, never blocked (your accounts team decides).

Rules enforce themselves — before money leaves
Everything on this page applies to the very next transaction. No sync delays, no batch jobs.
Role labels are defined by your org — Xpeazy has no hardcoded user types.
Hiding the ceiling avoids "spend up to the limit" behaviour and padded bills. Employees still get a clear "OK to pay" state — the rules engine guarantees in-policy payments never surprise-decline.
Payments allowed only inside working hours — outside, they're declined before money moves.
Tie spend to the trip route. Off-route payments can be flagged or blocked.
Nobody's wallet gets frozen — but nothing gets forgotten
Missing receipts climb this ladder automatically. At 72h they land on the Unsubstantiated-spend report for your accounts team — Xpeazy never touches payroll.
There is deliberately no "deduct from salary" option — recovery is your Accounts team's process, outside Xpeazy.
The four reports your auditor wishes you had
Spend you cannot substantiate if these receipts never arrive.

Where the money goes, week by week.
Refunds that came back without a reference. Employee maps them; your team confirms. No rupee gets lost in the UPI ether.
| From | Amount | Age | Status | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| bharatfuel.dewas@ybl | ₹1,850 | 9 days | Awaiting employee mapping | |
| tyreworks.indore@okaxis | ₹300 | 3 days | Mapped — confirm? |
Aging badges turn red past 7 days — so nothing sits unresolved forever (answers "who audits the auditor").
People & wallets
Suspend acts instantly — the very next scan is declined. Reactivate is just as fast.

Click any name for their 360° profile. Suspend pauses instantly; Offboard closes the wallet after settling open receipts.
Every rupee lands on a job, automatically
Payments made during a trip are charged to its card with zero employee effort. Budgets are enforced live, not audited later.
| Job card | Details | Budget | Spent | Health | Status |

Closing a job card stops new spend against it instantly; its history stays for the variance report.
Your labels, your layers — nothing is hardcoded
Xpeazy has no built-in "driver" or "manager". You define the user types, their default limits, and who reports to whom — approvals and escalations walk your hierarchy.
Try it — the new type appears across Policy Controls and Roster immediately.
From the current roster — see Roster for individual wallets.
Limit requests go to the requester's direct report line; receipt escalations climb the same tree.
Driver default limit ₹10,000 → ₹12,000 · raised by Meera Iyer · needs any other Finance Admin to confirm.
Limits, MCC toggles and escalation timings all honor dual control when enabled.
Where your money sits — and how little hits your bank statement
The pool is owned by the partner bank. Xpeazy never touches it — it just orchestrates. You fund once; thousands of micro-payments draw from it intraday.
Your bank statement shows these consolidated debits — not 214 individual ones. At 5,000 drivers that's 6 debits instead of 20,000+.
Every payment carries a location — so you can see the field
The lat-long the app captures at each payment lands here. Spot spend clusters, verify trips happened where they should, power geo-fenced policy.
A ₹2,100 fuel payment was made 60 km off any active trip route. Surfaced for review — not blocked (unless you set a geo-fence in Policy Controls).
Map is illustrative (mock coordinates). Real build renders on a proper map tile within India (ap-south region, per data-localization).
Every exception, decided and logged
Limit-exception requests land here for the requester's manager. Pre-spend only — approvals unlock one payment, then expire. Everything is audit-trailed.

Patterns that smell like leakage — surfaced, not judged
Xpeazy flags suspicious patterns for your review. It never auto-punishes — liability and the final call stay with you (per our "infrastructure, not police" principle).
Mohan Das · ₹1,950 + ₹1,900 + ₹2,000 at 3 pumps near Indore. Possible cash-out collusion. His wallet is already suspended pending this review — see Roster.
Deepak Rao · four ₹500.00 payments this week, all at unbranded merchants with no GSTIN on receipt.
